I think the best way to utilize this class is to create a blog that will correspond with the AAU 180 magazine and will continue on after the class ends. It should reflect the intrinsic values of the magazine and the school.
I’m interested in blogging on technology and projects students are working on, however I’m open to different options.

This blog is fun to read. The blogger is from NYC and writes about fashion, celebrities, and style. She has crazy dialogue and great pictures.
Likes: Pictures, Funny blogs.
Dislikes: Occasional excessive amounts of slang and overuse of capitalizing.

This website is put together by a young woman who also blogs for Street Carnage, Urban Outfitters Blog, and Kill City. She has a real voice and writes primarily on fashion and the industry.
Likes: Fun to read. Lots of pictures. Brings in new information. Even has current fav playlists.
Dislikes: Sometimes abrasive. Boring background.
This is blogger tends to focus primarily on fashion but also adds whatever is on her mind or that she finds interesting at the time.
Likes: Real comments rather than sugar coating or just naming whatever she is posting. Interesting posts that I haven’t even thought about.
Dislikes: Does not post very often.
This blog is put together by Patricia who is a stylist in NYC. She touches on primarily fashion but adds the occasional humanitarian concerns and whatever else might interest her at the time.
Likes: As a stylist and artist herself, Patricia seems to have an eye for the interesting and less popular ideas and fashion.
Dislikes: Although there are a lot pictures from the shows that Patricia attended, they are very poor quality and distracting. Doesn’t update very often

This blog was started by an instructor at AAU. She posts blogs relating to all the fashion events and openings that she attends.
Likes: Constantly updating. Lots of pictures and detailed descriptions. I especially love the blog during fashion week because she attends so many shows.
Dislikes: There is often a wealth of information on uninteresting designs, events or designers.
I love this blog because the point of view is so entertaining. It primarily covers fashion and celebrity news, but also has odd little photos to illustrate random points.
Likes: Lots of photos, and an interesting point of view.
Dislikes: This blog needs to be updated more. The blogspot domain is odd.
